After 16 years of dedicated service to our customer service relations (CSR) team, we would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for what Monique has done for our company.
Throughout Monique’s tenure, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in handling customer queries and resolving issues with tact, patience, and empathy. Her committment has greatly contributed to our team's success over the years.

Axel Völzmann
Axel Völzmann worked as a locksmith in Berlin maintenance for 31+ years. He was always present, committed, technically experienced, and well-versed, radiating a lot of calm. Not many have seen as many colleagues and superiors come and go as he has.
Of course, we are happy for him on his retirement, but we will miss him personally and professionally. We officially said goodbye to him with a very special plant. We wish you all the best for this new phase of life! Please visit us from time to time!
