Fereshteh "Fari" Nauck - certified as Green Belt
My name is Fereshteh, called Fari, born and raised in Tehran. I studied engineering in food and packaging technology and graduated with a master's degree. Since 2008 I have been working in the Berlin plant as a production engineer. I was allowed to broaden my horizons in various departments; I was able to carry out various projects in the area of quality management and the EHS department. Among other things, I introduced the hygiene management for the Berlin plant. I have been working in the production department since 2012.
I took part in the Six Sigma Green Belt seminar this year to expand my expertise with the various useful tools and together with the Berlin Lean team, which consists of different departments, our production, quality/waste and also other critical business processes optimize. The seminar was very short and intensive but incredibly interesting. It consisted of a practical and theoretical test.
I hope for a close and harmonious cooperation and the commitment of all employees in the continuous improvement of processes, which in turn leads to a better working environment and increased employee satisfaction. We will continue to share our ideas and insights within the Global Process Team.
