You can do this in a multitude of ways. You could use a portion of your logo to create a unique looking pattern or use the entire logo to create a look if you want to prevent counterfeiting.

For this example, I took the Nissha N icon and create a copied the N and flipped it and combined the two and flip those two to create the tile design.  I repeated it across the width and then down the height. I then did a neutral background to highlight the pillars pattern I put inside the tiles I created.  This resulted in a repeatable tiled pattern that is uniquely yours since it uses the logo that is dynamic and eye catching. 

For this example, this is more of a holographic pattern where the security look is the focus. I took the Nissha full logo and angled it at a 45-degree angle repeated it.  Beneath that layer I put a subtle valid authentic pattern to further add some more security to the pattern.  It is a simple yet effective way to create a custom holographic pattern with security in mind.
